Check-in from 15h00 / Check-out by 10h00. Early arrivals and late check-out by prior arrangement only.
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charge is required to secure the reservation. The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed by Gecko Lodge and confirmed in writing.
Where a reservation is made 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation charge is payble in advance to secure the reservation.
Upon receipt of a deposit, Gecko Lodge will confirm a reservation in writing.
A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit is not received by due date of payment.
Where payment has been made into our bank account by cheque or cash, refunds will only be made a minimum of 10 days after date of deposit.

Cancellation policy
10% cancellation fee on total accommodation charge if cancellation occurs 30+ days prior to arrival.
30% cancellation fee on total accommodation charge if cancellation occurs 14 to 30 days prior to arrival.
50% cancellation fee on total accommodation charge if cancellation occurs 7 to 14 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee on total accommodation charge if cancellation occurs 0 to 6 days prior to arrival.
Where payments have been made by credit card, a cancellation fee will be charged due to credit card commissions.
